CMA Festival 2007 Special

Affordable Travel has been serving CMA Festival goers since 1974. In 2005, we introduced a delayed payment option for our clients and it was a huge success. Here is how the delayed deposit plan works.

1. When a client calls to make a reservation for 2007 we will gather their billing and contact information from them. We will guarantee them the hotel of their choice as well as the section and row number of the seats in the coliseum. We will send them an e-mail confirmation letter.

2. No deposit will be due on the package until September 1, 2006 for the Gold Circle Seats and January 10, 2006 for the Platium, Lower Level or Club Level seats. The deposit for gold circle seats is $200 per person and $125 per person for all other seating.

3. If a client finds out they cannot make it to the 2007 CMA Festival all they have to do is contact our office by calling our toll free number or e-mailing us their intent on cancelling. If they cancel by the deposit dates listed above and we will not charge the client anything.

4. All cancellations will be confirmed through an e-mail notification.
