The club level seating packages for the CMA Music Festival are the 200 level section of LP Field. ** Use caution when purchasing CMA Music Festival tickets and only purchase them from an authorized CMA Music Festival Ticket Provider. Our lower level seats are all sold part of a package deal complete with hotel and the CMA Music Festival tickets. Below you will see the hotels we proudly represent and the pricing chart associated with the hotel and tickets.
Hotels
On the chart above the pricing is based on per person as compared to how many people are staying in the hotel room. As you can see the more people you have staying in your room the less it cost you per person.
- December 2, 2010 – March 1, 2011: $250 per person cancellation fee
- As of March 2, 2011: packages are non-refundable
- Optional features are non refundable
- No show, no refund
- Some hotels require a minimum number of nights stay.
- Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee will be charged by the hotel for guests that check out before the reserved checkout date. To avoid this fee you need to advise All In One Destinations before arrival or the hotel at the time you check in. When reservations are confirmed any changes are subject to a $10 per person change fee.
The difference between the club level ticket packages and the other package deals is where you sit for the evening performances. All CMA Music Festival tickets offer the following: VAULT Concert Stage at LP Field, Daily Concerts at Riverfront Park, Chevy™ Music Stage, Greased Lightning Fan Fair Hall featuring Durango Boot Acoustic Corner, Fun Zone, Chevy Sports Zone, Music City Zone, Dr Pepper and McDonalds Family Zone, Parade & Block Party, CMA Music Festival After Hours, and Free Shuttle Service.
