RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT FOR GOLD CIRCLE SEATING

A $350 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your reservation.  Optional features purchased must be prepaid. Final balance due no later than March 1, 2013.

CANCELLATION & REFUND FOR GOLD CIRCLE SEATING

• $350 per person cancellation fee through March 1, 2013.
• As of March 2, 2013 – packages are non refundable
• Optional features are non refundable
• No show, no refund

Some hotels require a minimum number of nights stay.   Early Departure Fee:  An early departure fee of will be charged by the hotel for guests that check out before the reserved checkout date.  To avoid this fee you need to advise All In One Destinations before arrival or the hotel at the time you check in.  When reservations are confirmed any changes are subject to a $10 per person change fee.

Note:  We recommend that you purchase cancellation protection insurance. 

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE

All In One Destinations, Inc. acts solely as an agent for the respective suppliers and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting from an act or omission of any supplier or any other person or entity or cause by strike, war, weather, sickness or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Sale of the services for which service is provided shall be deemed made by the actual providers of such services and not by All In One Destinations, Inc. Under no circumstances is All In One Destinations, Inc. to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage and belongings. Acceptance of the services of All In One Destinations, Inc. constitutes acceptance of all of the foregoing. Participants expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against All In One Destinations, Inc. in connection with the foregoing.
